OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2010. TMK (LSE:TMKS), one of the world’s leading oil and gas steel pipe producers, was once again recognized as one of the most transparent companies in Russia. The Company ranked 6-th in the 2010 Standard & Poor's Transparency and Disclosure Survey of the 90 largest publicly listed companies in Russia, an improvement of one notch over the previous year.

The survey accounts for information included in the three major sources of public information: annual reports, web-based disclosures, and public regulatory reporting.

Vladimir Shmatovich, TMK Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Business Development commented on the survey’s results: “TMK applies and maintains principles of transparency and openness in its activities, focusing on the most advanced models of corporate governance and investor relations practices.
