OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2011. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY)

announced today that a meeting of the company's Board of Directors will take place on 17 May 2011.

The meeting will be devoted to the upcoming AGM, the agenda of which will include, among other items,

a vote on dividend payments for 2010. The planned cut-off date for participation in the AGM is 19 May 2011.

RusHydro (RTS:HYDR; MICEX:ROSN, Russian: PуcГидpo), previously known as Hydro-OGK, is a Russian hydroelectricity company. As of 2008 it has a capacity of 25 gigawatts. It is the world's second-largest hydroelectric power producer and is the country's largest power-generating company and the largest successor to RAO UES. The conglomerate, which is partly government-owned, underwent a major consolidation beginning in July, 2007.
