The research was conducted by Stepconsulting Group. The Service Quality Index (SQI) method used as the basis of the rating enables comparing service quality in various market segments and shows the place of a company relative to its competitors.

High service quality makes Absolut Bank one of the most customer-focused credit institutions and helps maintain customers’ loyalty. Based on an independent research by PricewaterhouseCoopers that covered over 90 retail banks, in 2010 Absolut Bank joined Top 3 most customer-focused credit institutions. Absolut Bank and Citibank had similar scores and shared the 2nd and 3rd places.

In addition, Absolut Bank has used the in-house assessment of customer loyalty for many years. In 2010, the loyalty scored 9.4. Meanwhile, practically nobody ever managed to hit over 9.5.
