OREANDA-NEWS. August 2, 2011. Vnesheconombank’s Supervisory Board made a decision to appoint Andrei Sapelin and Mikhail Poluboyarinov as Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairmen.

Sapelin who earlier occupied the post of the Bank’s Industry Department Director is to supervise large-scale investment projects as well as management of individual problem assets.

M.Poluboyarinov who earlier occupied the post of the Bank’s Infrastructure Department Director is to be responsible for coordinating work on implementing investment projects in the field of infrastructure as well as for VEB’s cooperation with the Strategic Initiatives Agency.
