OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. The Government counts on sufficient economic benefit of introduction of electronic registration of the enterprises and other steps on elimination of administrative barriers on a way of business.

This was started by the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev, making comments on variations in the Law of Ukraine "On the state registration of the legal entities and physical bodies - businessmen", concerning carrying out of electronic registration which one of these days have come into force.

He informed that now it will be easier to register enterprise. Electronic registration excludes indispensability to applicants directly to contact to the state registrar that reduces to minimum corruption actions at this stage.

"I know, that businessmen this law waited for a long time", - Andriy Klyuyev noted. He declared that owing to variations there is no sense to forge registration files, and consequently reduced opportunities for raiders.

According to the new Law, it is enough to send the appropriating document to the state registrar by email only. Last, in turn, carries out the account received by it from the applicant of the electronic document and spends necessary registration actions. After that he directs to the applicant the appropriating confirming document in an electronic type and in a usual paper format. At availability of the basis for refusal in carrying out of the state registration an applicant receives the appropriating notice in the electronic form.

The first vice Prime Minister of Ukraine also reminded, that in the end of August will come into force one more law which has been directed on simplification of opening of own business. It is the Law of Ukraine "On modification in some acts of Ukraine concerning introduction of a principle of the state registration of the legal entities on the basis of the model charter" (№3262-VI dated 21.04.2011). This Law comes into force on August 28, 2011.
