OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. The end of October 2011 has witnessed a share capital increase in Health Insurance Company “EMESK” up to RUB 60 million. Thus the company has succeeded in meeting the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.11.92 No 4015-1 “On Insurance in the Russian Federation” which contains the share capital minimum a medical insurance company should have.

The decision about a share capital increase at the expense of the previously accumulated profits capitalization was taken on the General Meeting of shareholders of MSK “EMESK”.

MSK “EMESK” is a subsidiary enterprise of an Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. It exists on the Russian market for more than 19 years and carries out the compulsory health insurance in the Stavropol Region. At present, more than 70% of residents use the services of the company. The total size of insurance premium for 9 months of 2011 amounts to RUB 4.54 billion.
