OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2011. Production plans for 9 months of 2011 have been fully fulfilled, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Uranium production in the Republic of Kazakhstan made up 13,957 tU, which is 11% higher in comparison with the same period of the previous year, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The share of NAC Kazatomprom JSC in the total volume of uranium production in the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to 7,978 tU.

Total income of NAC Kazatomprom JSC for 9 months of 2011 made up KZT264.7 bln., which is 62% higher than in the corresponding period of 2010. Such income growth was caused by increase in sales of uranium products.

Net income for 9 months of 2011 was KZT 56.4 bln., which is 72% higher than that in the same period of the last year.
