"The task of the Government is to create conditions under which the business will develop not only in big cities but in small" - Mykola Azarov said. But he stressed that no prospects in small towns will not be until there are new businesses, new jobs. "All this is not a quick process, we need years for this…" - Mykola Azarov noted, adding that after the crisis of 2008-2009 years it was not so easy to restore the economy.

However, the Prime Minister noted that you can not say that at present only big city are developing. "It's not quite true. Hospitals, schools and kindergartens are building in many small towns, but there are enough public funds to build many new facilities in absolutely all settlements. So, they are built where there is an urgent need", - Mykola Azarov stressed.

Besides, the Prime Minister said that "there is no process of indiscriminate closure of schools", as they claimed, but only those schools are closed, "which can not give children a normal education or very small number of students are in these schools and one teacher usually teaches multiple subjects".
