OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2012. "Tatneftegazpererabotka" Administration of TATNEFT (UTNGP) collected 790.4 million m3 of associated petroleum gas in 2011, which was 20.4 million m3 more than in 2010. The utilization coefficient of associated gas amounted to 94.9 per cent, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Processing of petroleum gas by the Administration amounted to 715.1 million m3 in 2011, which is 22.3 million m3 more than the volume of gas processing in 2010. NGL processing at the installation of complex treatment and crude oil pumpover was maintained at the same level with 286,000 tons processed in 2011.

The volume of processed sour gas essentially increased in 2011. 111.2 million m3 of sour gas were delivered for sweetening (5.8 million m3 more than in 2010). All products yielded by the Administration comply with the standards' requirements.

"Tatneftegazpererabotka" Administration continued the work on improving the technological workflow in 2011 and improving the effectiveness and operation safety of the production.

The company completed repair of 54.8 kilometers of gas pipelines. 58.6 km of gas pipelines were constructed and put into operation.

The work was continued on stripping hydrogen sulfide from crude oil at the facilities of crude oil and gas production boards "Almetyevneft", "Yamashneft", "Leninogorskneft", "Jalilneft" and "Elkhovneft".

The work was continued at the Bavly desulfurization installation with the purpose of increasing the sour has stripping installation throughput to 60 million m3 per year and also the pre-commissioning operations are in progress at the pilot elemental sulfur production facility.

The works were carried within the frame of the reconstruction program at the Minnibaevo sour has stripping installation to enhance the compressor station, gas treatment unit and on construction of a new elemental sulfur production facility.

The cryogenic plant for deep processing of dry stripped gas was put into operation. The work is in progress to start operating the installation in the stable design mode.
