Turkmen Exchange Concluded 41 Contracts
OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. 41contracts were concluded at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Businessmen from Great Britain, Denmark, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and the Virgin Islands bought diesel fuel, A-80 gasoline, polypropylene, aviation kerosene, hydrofined diesel fuel and liquefied gas produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The businessmen from Afghanistan bought diesel fuel produced at the Seydi oil refinery. The foreign currency transactions were concluded for one-colored and jacquard terry towels, cotton yarn, cotton fibre, refined cotton waste, raw fatty acids. The buyer-countries: UK, Switzerland, Russia, UAE, the Republic of Korea, Poland, Ukraine. The foreign currency transactions totalled over USD 142,767 million.
For manat deposit funds, representatives of business circles of the USA, UK, UAE, Turkey, India, Cyprus, Ukraine, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan purchased refined cotton seed oil, all over coloured and jacquard terry towels in different sizes, cotton yarn, coarse calico, cotton. The total value of transactions amounted to more than 14 million 936 thousand manats.
