OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2012. ARMADA JSC  (MICEX-RTS: ARMD) announces having successfully implemented a number of socially-important online services for the upgraded Moscow state and municipal services portal pgu.mos.ru. The work was carried out under a contract concluded with the Moscow Information Technology Department in 2011.

The portal has been operational since 2011, has over 215,000 registered users currently, and offers over 30 services. The portal features options enabling users to look up and pay traffic fines, track their applications to one-stop state service center, make an appointment for the registration of vehicles, receive information about new government services, monitor the way state services are provided as changes are made to the status of applications and receive notification via sms.

The upgraded portal has become more user-friendly, with users required to make just two clicks to find necessary information in 95% of all cases. Also, an Electronic Atlas service has been deployed, enabling users to locate the nearest multi-function state service center. The service will be upgraded to show other facilities, such as sports and health complexes, state educational institutions, recreational areas and parks, and offices of the city’s executive agencies.

"The portal of the city’s state services conveys the attitude of the municipal administration to the citizens. The new design of the portal should show that this attitude is changing for the better and the addition of new functions on a constant basis should prove this by making the use of services more convenient", ARMADA General Director Roman Kruglyakov has said.
