OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2012. ChTZ is finishing preparation for producing railroad journal boxes. It’s supposed that new product units will be shipped to Uralvagonzavod plant in July.

By September the manufacturer aims to ship detail casts to Nigny Tagil, whereas in autumn will start shipment of assembled machined parts and increase production volumes up to several thousand units.

The production of journal boxes, used for the bind of wheel pair with wagon underframe, will continue the program for pushing up sales of detail casts, forgings and completed parts. The target of the end 2012 is to ship product for railway service for a billion rubles.
