OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2012. Strategic cooperative frame agreement signing ceremony between TISCO and Coking Coal Group was held in coking coal building. President of TISCO XiaoBo Li and President of Shanxi Coking Coal Group FuYao Ren respectively signed the enterprise strategic agreement. The respective leaders also attended the sign ceremony, reported the press-centre of TISCO.

They were the vice President ChenMing Cao, vice secretary of party discipline and secretary BingQi Gao, the chief accountant ShuMao Zhang, deputy general manager JinMing Shen, WenJiang Hu, YuanPing Bai, ShengRui Liu from coking coal group, the general manager from TISCO company XiangMing  Gao, the general manager from Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (STSS) FuXing  Liu, deputy general manager YiZhou Zhou from group company, the vice general manager from STSS ZhiYong Chai, vice general manager from TISCO company PengCun Gen.

Coking coal group is TISCO’s most important strategic partners. For many years, the two sides support each other and learn from each other, have sincere cooperation and common development, and create a remarkable business success. Both parties signed long-term strategic cooperation framework agreement, showing that China's stainless steel, coking coal field of two leading enterprises again cooperate together, which marked a cooperation between the two flagship enterprises in Shanxi Province. It is power-and-power union between shanxi coking coal group and TISCO. Both complement each other's advantages, face the future and make strong strategic alliance milestone. The agreement will better promote the further deepen cooperation, expand the range of exchanges, hand in hand to deal with the current situation and contribute to shanxi’s transformation.

FuYao Ren praised that TISCO was keen on reform and pioneered spirit , and create a extraordinary performance in the green development and first-rate process of creation. He said, coking coal group continues to give full support to TISCO’s production and makes more achievements in the supply of the product and accelerates the two-way cooperation, which will make the contributions to the transformation of shanxi development.

XiaoBo Li pointed out that coal and steel is the two industry dependent on each other and closely contacted with each other. Shanxi coking coal is China's largest coal enterprise, whether from enterprise management, enterprise culture, or from the product technology advantage breed, all have a lot to study by TISCO, and it has given the enormous support and help in the critical period of TISCO’s development. In the current, both parties have born the burden of spanning development transformation. Therefore, the signing of the agreement is the start of two enterprise all-round cooperation and of great significance.
