OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2012. In the building of Nizhny Novgorod branch and the Volga Region center of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company at 35, Rozhdestvenskaya Street, a series of exhibitions featuring works of art by Nizhny Novgorod artists is opened. The events coincide with the 65th anniversary of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company.

The first exhibition of artistic textile works by Natalia Oparina inspired by the Bible motives will be opened on September 21 within the framework of annual celebration of the Rozhdestvenskaya Street Day. It will complement an ambitious event program that includes a folk festival, farmer fair, "Christmas Meal" cooking contest, craftsmen fair, bell-ringing concert, photography exhibition, evening fire show, and many other things.

Natalia Oparina's exhibition will become the first event in the planned artistic marathon of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. It will be open from September 21 to October 12, and thereafter will give place to the new exposition of other talented masters from Nizhny Novgorod.

"We have always been active in supporting various cultural projects," says Valentina Kochkina, Director of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Volga Region Center. "We decided to celebrate the 65th anniversary year of the company's work by organizing a series of exhibitions featuring works of Nizhny Novgorod artists in order to inspire interest to the cultural heritage of our city among our employees, clients and all visitors of the exhibition, as well as to show the true masterpieces of local artists. Our office is located in the focus of the city celebrating the birthday of the most beautiful historic Street in Nizhny Novgorod. That is why, we decided to start the artistic exhibition series no later than on September 21, and combine this event with the all-city celebration of the Rozhdestvenskaya Street Day."
