DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia’s leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced consolidated retail revenue growth of 50.2% in Russian rubles (40.2% in USD) for the first ten months of 2012, and consolidated retail revenue growth by 20.2% in Russian rubles (21.2% in US dollars) for October 2012.

For the first ten months of 2012 the DIXY Group opened 290 new stores and, as of October 31, 2012, had 1,372 stores under operation, including 1,314 neighborhood stores, 39 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group Total Consolidated Retail Revenue

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date of June 15, 2011) increased to 117.9 billion RUR (3.8 billion USD) by 50.2% in RUR (40.2% in USD) for the first ten months of 2012 compared to the same period last year. In October 2012, DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue increased to 12.2 billion RUR (394.0 million USD) by 20.2% in RUR (21.2% in USD) year-on-year.

DIXY Group Total Pro-forma Retail Revenue

DIXY Group total retail revenue for the first ten months of 2012 increased by 21.4% in RUR (13.4% in USD) year-on-year on pro-forma basis (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of FY2011).
