OREANDA-NEWS. February 01, 2013. Review-competition for the best fire safety state of the branches in 2012 has come to an end in Moscow United Electric Grid Company, reported the press-centre of MOESK.

Review-competition is held annually in the Company to improve the fire safety state of the technological equipment, buildings and constructions, improvement of the agitation mass work and active involvement of the Company’s employees into the work on preventing and extinguishing of fires.

Members of the facility fire safety commissions, heads of the services, subdivisions and members of the voluntary fireproof formations took the active part in the review.

Analysis of the aggregate results showed the fire safety level increase of the Company’s facilities. The collectives of the branches of JSC “MOESK” Southern Electric Grids, High-voltage cable grids, Northern Electric Grids got the best results in the review. These branches fulfill, according to the established terms, the instructions of the State Supervisory Authorities, improvement notices of the industrial safety service of the executive apparatus of JSC “MOESK”, carrying out of firing is strictly controlled, the fire prevention regime is maintained, good quality trainings of the personnel are held.

Winning places were distributed by the following way:
In the first category (distribution zones, district high-voltage electric grids, substations, buildings, constructions and the territory) the first place was taken by branch Southern electric grids; the second place — branch High-voltage cable grids; and the third place — branch Northern Electric Grids.

In the second category (divisions, services, groups and other subdivisions of the branches’ administrations) the first place was taken by branch High-voltage cable grids; the second place — branch Northern Electric Grids; and the third place was taken by the Eastern Electric Grids.

Regular control of the necessary arrangements fulfillment on the occupational and fire safety, observance by the personnel of the obligatory safety methods, promote to the risks minimizing of accidents occurrence.
