OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC Belaruskali has started testing the newly-installed facility to produce NPK fertilizers, the Government of Belarus said in a release.

OJSC Belaruskali plans to start the commercial production of NPK fertilizers on April 1, 2013.

Belaruskali is about to finalize a USD 26 million project to build a facility to manufacture nitrogen-phosphorous-potassium fertilizers with the output capacity of 240,000 tonnes. The new facility will use a new technology that combines three components (nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium) in one pellet as well as necessary microelements to suit individual agricultural crop.
