OREANDA-NEWS. Please be informed that starting from November 1, 2013 changes in Clause 2.1. of the Part I „General Part” of General Provisions for Transactions of JSC “NORVIK BANKA” (hereinafter referred to as GPT) come into force.

Starting from January 1, 2014 changes in Clauses 1.2 and 11.2 of Part I “General part”, in Clauses 4.3. and 6.1. of Section 1 “Provisions for settlement accounts”, Clauses 3.7, 3.14.10, 4.4 and 6.14.1-6.14.4 of Section 2 „Provisions for payment cards” and Clauses 3.9, 4.6 and 4.6.5.5 of Section 3 „Provisions for remote Access to the account of the Part II „Provisions for banking services of GPT come into force.

Simultaneously Section 2 “Provisions for payment cards” of the Part II „Provisions for banking services” of GPT is supplemented with Clauses 3.17. and 3.7.1-3.7.6.
