OREANDA-NEWS. December 04, 2013. The Bank of East Asia Group has received four awards at the Benchmark Wealth Management Awards 2013 organised by Benchmark magazine.

The Bank of East Asia (“BEA”) was named Outstanding Achiever for Customer Commitment (Retail Bank), while subsidiary Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”) was named Best in Class for Health Care Product, Best in Class for Product and Service Innovation (Insurance), and Outstanding Achiever for Online Usability (Insurance).

BEA’s Customer Commitment award was given in recognition of the Bank’s ability to provide a “wow” experience for customers, and its efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. Mr. Vincent Hui, General Manager and Head of Personal Banking Division at BEA, accepted the award on behalf of the Bank at a gala dinner.
