OREANDA-NEWS. NPO Saturn was visited by the representatives of the Federal service for labor and employment of the RF headed by Vsevolod Vukolov.

A delegation made up of the head of the Federal service for labor and employment of the RF Vsevolod Vukolov, head of the department of the state employment service for the Yaroslavl region Vladimir Zakharov and the head of the Yaroslavl regional labor inspectorate Evgeniy Maslennikov got acquainted with the company's steadily growing industrial infrastructure and studied the labor conditions during their visit to the machining shop ©ц 32, the machining-assembly shop ©ц 34, the heat treatment shop ©ц 4, the casting sector in shop ©ц 722, the galvanic shop ©ц 9 and the assembly shops ©ц 80 and ©ц 6.

In the course of the visit of the delegates from the Federal service for labor and employment of the RF to NPO Saturn, a meeting dedicated to the observance of the labor code took place with the company's top management represented by Vladimir Stogov, production director, and the representatives of the company's trade union. The labor inspectorate gave a positive evaluation to the observance of labor rights exercised by the NPO Saturn personnel.

The head of the Federal service for labor and employment of the RF Vsevolod Vukolov noted, that in 2014 Russia will conduct a dedicated assessment of labor conditions, and starting from 2015 penalties related to the non-observance of labor conditions will become stricter. In the nearest future, the Ministry of labor will start working at the creation of incentives for the employers, which will help render a safe labor environment more profitable, and also at the reformation of the state labor inspectorate adopting a system-based audit in that field.

Head of the Yaroslavl regional labor inspectorate Evgeniy Maslennikov emphasized that Ў°NPO Saturn always leaves a favorable impression when it comes to ensuring safe labor conditions for its employees and finding effective patterns for funding labor safety-related initiatives. NPO Saturn has been included in the register of organizations that can guarantee the observance of labor rights of its employees which is attested by the company's Ў°Employees' confidence certificateЎ±.

The state labor inspectorate for the Yaroslavl region visits NPO Saturn virtually every year, keeping a watchful eye on its development and industrial evolution. There are around 12 thousand people working at Saturn at present; and the question of how comfortable and safe the company's employees feel is always given very close attention.

According to production director Vladimir Stogov: Ў°In 2013 we have put a number of industrial facilities into operation including a circulating coating application and an electron beam welding areas. Over the recent years the company has commissioned many items of new equipment. As early as at the purchasing stage, we always cross-check the compliance of any newly acquired equipment with the state labor and environmental safety regulations.Ў±
