OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2014. Sviaz-Bank has opened a new multipurpose backup office at 25 Lomonosovsky Avenue, Building2, University underground station, in Moscow, bringing the number of the Bank’s offices in the Russian capital to twelve.

The new office has been organized in the traditional style offering all banking services to individuals and legal entities – acceptance of deposits, issue of loans, opening and maintenance of accounts, money transfers, cash handling, purchase and sale of foreign exchange, renting of safe deposit boxes, and consulting.

The backup office will function as a Mortgage Center. Today, the Bank operates four mortgage centers in Moscow, including this one just opened.

Customers may come to it for consultation on mortgage purchase and filling out whatever documents are required, and entering into mortgage transactions, including transfer of money through safe deposit boxes. The office has several convenient negotiation rooms and a depositary.

The office also has an isolated area to provide services to wealthy customers.

The office maintains business hours scheduled with account for the common business patterns of today’s residents of the megalopolis and street traffic jams – from 9:00 to 20:00 hours on Mondays through Fridays, and from 10:00 to 18:00 hours on Saturdays.
