OREANDA-NEWS. At the joint press conference, DeltaCredit Mortgage Bank and Rosbank presented a project of mortgage business transformation "Societe Generale Russia Mortgage Platform". The project has been worked out in accordance with the strategy of Societe Generale Group retail banking development in Russia for 2014-2017.

"Societe Generale Russia Mortgage Platform" project consists of several stages of the Group's Russian banks mortgage business transformation, and transferring the control over the Rosbank's mortgage business to DeltaCredit, and it should be completed by the end of 2015.

The first regions beginning to operate under the new business process since November 2014 are the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Vladimir, Ivanovo and Ryazan Regions. Yet, in Vladimir and Ufa, mortgage lending is organized through Rosbank outlets and directly DeltaCredit offices, and in the other regions DeltaCredit products will be offered in Rosbank branches.

Sergey Ozerov, DeltaCredit CEO, noted: "At the end of the third quarter of 2014, total volume of the mortgage portfolio of the Societe Generale Group in Russia - Rosbank and Deltacredit - amounted to 167.8 billion rubles, which allows us to hold the solid 4th place on the domestic mortgage market. We are convinced that the implementation of this project will result in consolidation of our positions as one of the market leaders. "Societe Generale Russia Mortgage Platform" project is aimed at improving synergy between the two banks, and increasing efficiency of our business".

Alexis Lacroix, Head of Retail Development and Marketing Department of Rosbank, pointed out: "This year Rosbank launched of a new retail business strategy. It is a part of the Societe Generale's global strategy for 2014-2017. To improve integration between Russian subsidiaries of Societe Generale, Rosbank will become the key bank of the Group, providing full range of products and services and focusing on, but not limiting itself to, development of transaction services provided to customers. DeltaCredit will become a unified center for the Group's mortgage lending. Rosbank will offer DeltaCredit mortgage products to its customers too, using the DeltaCredit's expertise in this field, as well as develop cross-selling of its products to the customers of DeltaCredit and Rusfinance Bank."

Furthermore, at the press conference DeltaCredit has announced the start of Bank rebranding. The process of transition to a new corporate identity will follow the plan developed in accordance with the 2014-2017 Development Strategy of the Societe Generale Group in Russia and will be realized stage-by-stage throughout 2014-2015; after that DeltaCredit will completely use the Societe Generale' corporate identity. The bank's logo will be a red and black square with white stripe and the word 'DELTACREDIT' written by the Group's branded font. The "Societe Generale Group" inscription forming an integral part of the new company logo shows the affiliation with the Group.

Irina Aslanova, Deputy CEO of DeltaCredit, pointed out: "Rebranding of DeltaCredit to Societe Generale colors is a logical step in our development. Now our customers can easily associate us with one of the leading international financial brands recognizable not only in Russia, but also in other 75 countries where the Group is presented. While changing our visual image, we remain committed to our principles of customer treatment, high-quality service and reasonable lending terms."

Irina Aslanova also presented the examples of new-branded advertising materials, new design of corporate website, as well as interiors and facades of bank offices. She noted that, during implementation of the new logotype, DeltaCredit corporate website is also changing its color palette, and next year it will be completely updated in accordance with the Societe Generale Group standards and move with the time on Russian mortgage market.
