OREANDA-NEWS. On November 25, 2014 a business delegation from Voronezh Region of the Russian Federation spearheaded by Nikolai Schipelev, Vice President of Voronezh Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited BUCE's head office.

During the visit, the members of the Russian delegation got a general idea of BUCE's operating principles, its key features and major advantages. Since the presentation was arranged in the form of a dialogue, the Russian businessmen managed to get exhaustive answers to all their questions and discussed possible areas of cooperation.

Considering that Voronezh Region annually buys some 10 million USD worth of agricultural products in Belarus, there is significant potential for boosting the bilateral trade. It can be achieved, among others, by active use of exchange instruments in cross border trade. Based on the results of the meeting with BUCE's administration, an agreement was reached to register a number of Voronezh Region companies at BUCE's trading platform.
