OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

Zhetysu district State revenues department in Almaty on January 28, 2015 issued a resolution to impose on Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC an administrative sanction in the form of a fine in the amount of KZT768 (seven hundred sixty eight) for committing a violation stipulated by part 1 of Article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of July 5, 2014 (untimely informing of state revenues bodies of opening a bank account for a taxpayer)".

The mentioned resolution arrived in SB Sberbank as incoming document on February 2, 2015.
