... Rating agency Standard & Poor's downgraded long-term credit rating of the Company from "BBB-" to "BB+". The rating change outlook – negative.

The rating actions with regards to the Company have been taken as a result of a downgrade of the sovereign credit rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National company KazMunayGaz JSC.
