OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has issued a new version of the value-added service “Mobile transfer”. Tele2 clients can now transfer the money from their mobile accounts to subscribers of any other mobile operators in Russia (not only between subscribers of a home network as it used to be).

“Mobile transfer” users may send funds to numbers of the following operators: Tele2, MTS, Vimpelcom, Megafon, Motiv and SMARTS. It is only required to dial *145# number and choose a relevant entry in the menu.

Payments range from 10 rubles (for money transfers between Tele2 subscribers in home region) to 10 000 rubles commission included.

A commission charged for a money transfer to Tele2 subscribers in home region totals 5 rubles for one transaction. A fee charged for transfers to other operators’ clients equals 5 rubles plus 5% of the sum transferred.

Having expanded the service’s possibilities, Tele2 is changing procedure for write-offs for money transfers between subscribers of the Tele2 home network. A commission of 5 rubles will be written off in addition to the money transferred. For instance, if a client needs to transfer 100 rubles, 105 rubles will be written off his mobile account. This sum includes a commission of 5 rubles and a top-up of 100 rubles that will be added to the recipient’s account.

The service is not provided to corporate clients.
