OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2015. Doosan Yonkang Foundation (Chairman Y.H. Park) awarded 100 million won (about \\$90,000) to Seoul National University Hospital to support cancer research.

The fund will be used to the research of three professors of medicine at Seoul National University Hospital: Sun-whe Kim, professor of the Department of Surgery; Do-Joon Park, professor of the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism; and Chun Kee Chun, professor of the Department of Neurosurgery.

Doosan signed a cancer research funding agreement with Seoul National University Hospital in 2006 and has awarded a 100 million won grant every year, bringing the cumulative donations to 1 billion won as of this year.
