OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 September 2015, the amended Charter of Šiaulių Bankas AB with the authorized capital increased up to EUR 91 226 381.99 was registered at the the Registry of Legal Entities. The bank's authorized capital was increased in accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 June 2015. To increase the authorized capital the bank has issued 21 353 731 ordinary registered share with a EUR 0.29 nominal value each. All shares have been acquired by Invalda INVL AB by way of offset, thus, offsetting an amount of EUR 6 182 581.99 due from Šiaulių Bankas for the acquired companies - the bank Finasta AB and brokerage firm Finasta AB.

   Records on the general issue account of the shares of Šiaulių Bankas (securities ISIN code LT0000102253) with the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania will be made in the nearest future (planned by 17 September 2015) and the shares will be recorded on the personal securities account of Invalda INVL AB. This will finally close the transaction of acquisition of the bank Finasta AB and brokerage firm Finasta AB. This moment will also be deemed as admission of the newly issued shares to trading on regulated markets.
