Bank CenterCredit holds extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 11, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. starts an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders with the following issue on the agenda: concluding a deal with Troika-D Bank JSC.
The meeting will be held at: 38 Al-Farabi ave., Almaty. The registration of participants will start at 09:30 a.m.
The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be drawn up as of November 6, 2015.
In case of no quorum a repeated meeting will be held on December 12, 2015 at the time at the above mentioned address.
The meeting agenda materials shall be available for shareholders from April 14, 2015 in working hours at: 38 Al-Farabi ave., Almaty, tel. (727) 2 598-598, ext.12327.
