OREANDA-NEWS. SIA Acme Corporation is requesting the Bondholders’ consent to secured external credit institution financing to the SIA Acme Corporation’s group on the terms and conditions as described in attached application to be used exclusively to finance the Qualifying Investments.

The Bondholder Voting Forms are available on the website of the central storage of regulated information - www.oricgs.lv and on the website of “Nasdaq Riga” - www.nasdaqbaltic.com.
