For a monthly subscriber fee of 1199 rubles the operator is offering a bundle of services: 5 GB of Internet traffic, 2000 minutes of phone calls to all Russian numbers and 2000 SMS. All outgoing calls in national roaming are accounted as included minutes whereas incoming calls are free-toll during subscriber’s stay in any Russian region.

One can sign up for a new tariff in any Tele2 store in Moscow and Moscow Region or in the operator’s online store.

Existing subscribers may connect a new tariff by dialing *630*13#. A change of tariff is free-toll. More information on parameters is available at Tele2 stores and tele2.ru.

Dmitriy Grigoryev, commercial officer at Tele2 Moscow macroregion:

“As our statistics show, a high-speed wireless Internet is gaining popularity. The “Speed up” option is the most demanded of all additional services among Moscow Region subscribers. Thus, the launch the “Ultrablack” tariff was entailed by popular request of subscribers who actively use mobile services, wireless Internet in the first place. I am sure that it will be both liked by active Internet users and those who simply love to talk on the phone – “Ultrablack” offers a larger volume of Internet traffic and a number of minutes than those included into other bundle plans. One of the key advantages of the tariff is a possibility to use services included into the bundle while travelling all over Russia. At the same time, a key principle remains unchanged: we provide high-quality mobile services at an affordable price”.

Tele2 has pointed out that bundle plans are most popular among Moscow subscribers. Three months after the launch in Moscow Region, over 50% of subscribers signed up for them.
