OREANDA-NEWS. Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) announces that it will launch its latest version of Versy, Myriad's platform for content discovery and conversation, in Latin America today. The new release enhances the platform further with the addition of video and audio, enabling users and content partners alike a richer experience to connect, create communities and inspire conversations. Versy will be available for Android smartphone users with the iOS version launching later this month. A web version will be available at www.versy.com. As part of our two-product strategy, the previous version will be repositioned as Versy Lite, and will still remain available for feature phone users.

As Versy is developed for new markets, Myriad has partnered with Havas Media International (HMI) Miami and Mobext, two entities of Havas, one of the world’s largest global communications groups, to jointly develop a strategic and differentiated content proposition for the forthcoming U.S. launch. Havas’ content-powered and data-centric approach to communications planning, better addresses consumer needs in today’s organic world. They have uncovered deep consumer insights across key markets and have been collaborating with Myriad to deliver a new framework for connecting with Latin American and U.S. Hispanic millennials through their passions, while meeting like-minded friends. This collaboration with Havas is a key step to creating content for a large consumer audience while leveraging the scalability of Versy.

Havas’ mobile specialty unit, Mobext, will be managing the mobile marketing, using a data driven approach and best-in-class technology to bring highly effective ROI to deliver Versy’s user acquisition goals. Working with Myriad, Mobext will drive both user acquisition and performance across the three markets (US, Mexico and Brazil).
