OREANDA-NEWS. SOCAR successfully continues its investment projects in Romania and expands filling stations network. New SOCAR petrol station was opened in Bucharest on March 16. Consequently, the number of SOCAR filling stations in Romania reached 33. Members of Romanian parliament, Azerbaijani and Turkish ambassadors, heads of leading companies operated in Romania, officials of “SOCAR Petroleum SA”, representatives of Turkish Business People Organization, Azerbaijani students studying at Romanian universities, journalists attended the opening ceremony. Hamza Karimov, CEO, SOCAR Petroleum SA said the fuel station opened on Bucharest-Constanta highway would offer high-quality products and services. The station realizes the sale of Euro Diesel 95, Super Euro Diesel 9 fuel. There are three meters, which enable the station to fuel four passenger cars and two large-size trucks at the same time. The station has an electric charger for battery-driven vehicles and terminals for different payments, including highway-user taxes. “Nar” cafe opened in the station’s territory provides all conditions for rest for drivers. Customers will also be able to use free online services there.

SOCAR filling stations operate in 16 regions of Romania.
