Delek Group (TASE: DLEKG, US ADR: DGRLY) (“the Company”) announces that attached are Immediate Reports published by each of Avner Oil Exploration Limited Partnership and Delek Drilling Limited Partnership ("the Partnerships") concerning the decision of the Petroleum Commissioner at the Ministry of Infrastructures, Energy and Water not to recognize the Dolphin natural gas field in the License 351/Hanna area as a discovery.

Pursuant to what was stated in the Partnerships' Annual Reports to December 31, 2015 that was published on March 28, 2016 and the Immediate Reports dated April 14, 2016, May 10, 2016, and June 21, 2016, concerning the filing of the application by the License 351/Hanna partners to the Petroleum Commissioner at the Ministry for National Infrastructures, Energy and Water to recognize the Dolphin natural gas reservoir in the area of the Hanna License ("Dolphin Reservoir") as a discovery, in the meaning of the Petroleum Law, 1952, and receipt of a lease in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Law, the Partnerships hereby announce that the Commissioner today informed the license partners of his decision not to recognize the Dolphin Reservoir as a discovery.

The license partners are of the opinion that they have found a discovery that entitles them to receipt of a lease in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Law, and accordingly they intended to review the legal options available to them to realize their rights in respect of the license, including filing an appeal on the Commissioner's decision.
