OREANDA-NEWS  In Russia, since Monday, May 1, tariffs for electricity transmission through the Unified National Electric Grid (UNES) have increased by 6.3 percent. The relevant government decree is published on the official portal of legal information.

It is specified that the increased tariffs will be valid until December 31, 2023. The Order comes into force from the moment of its official publication.

On April 25, it became known that since the beginning of May, a number of Russians will have an increased pension. In particular, the changes will affect Russians over 80 years old — according to the law, they are entitled to a monthly surcharge of 7.5 thousand rubles. You will not need to write an application for this, since the Social Fund has the necessary information about pensioners.

In addition, from May 1, the Central Bank increases the allowances to the risk coefficients on mortgage loans for the purchase of housing in new buildings under equity participation agreements. These changes are aimed at making it unprofitable for banks to work with insolvent borrowers.
