Exports of Russian high-tech products increased by 23 percent

OREANDA-NEWS Exports of Russian high-tech products increased by 23% year-on-year in January-August, said the General Director of the Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group.Russian Federation) Veronika Nikishina.
"Every tenth ruble of the economy in our country is created by non-primary non-energy exports. Despite all the difficulties, including this year, exports of high-tech products increased by 23% in the first eight months. Our goods are bought by neighboring countries, China, Turkey, India, South American countries and even the United States," the head of the REC said in a final interview with Rossiya 24 TV channel.
Domestic products of the highest grades are also bought by unfriendly countries. Business representatives of these countries approach business pragmatically and carry out "deflagization" by executing transactions through third countries, Veronika Nikishina explained.
