OREANDA-NEWS  The leader of the Fair Russia party, the head of the Duma faction, Sergei Mironov, in an interview with RIA Novosti, proposed obliging companies that do not have assets in the regions of Russia, but work there, to pay a proportional part of taxes in the regions.

He said that the Fair Russia party is preparing to present a program for the development of small towns. According to the party leader, the core of the program will be measures aimed at overcoming regional inequality, as well as creating an environment for young people.
