OREANDA-NEWS With the support of the SME Corporation, the Lipetsk company IstAgro Don exported jerusalem artichoke products from Russia to China, the press service of the Federal Institute for Development reports.

The project was made possible thanks to financial instruments of state support – a credit line in the SME Bank in the amount of 955 million rubles secured by a guarantee from the SME Corporation in the amount of 495 million rubles.

"Small and medium-sized businesses are not only expanding their sales markets through international cooperation, but also opening up new channels of interaction with foreign partners. The financial instruments of the SME Corporation allowed the company to implement an investment project and create a unique agricultural production for processing jerusalem artichoke in the Lipetsk region, which today continues its development and expands its presence not only in the domestic but also in the international market," said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of the SME Corporation, as quoted by the press service.
