The analysts also studied the dynamics of prices and demand for coffee in a number of large regions of the country. Of these, the Krasnoyarsk and Perm territories began to drink the least coffee in public catering establishments. Sales for the year fell by 35% and 33%, respectively. The largest decrease in the regions was recorded for latte and espresso orders.
At the same time, Americans began to drink the least in St. Petersburg - sales of this drink decreased by 39% over the year. Muscovites began to order cappuccino and latte less often, their sales fell by 34%. And residents of the Yaroslavl and Novosibirsk regions continue to order coffee almost at the level of March last year. Sales in these regions decreased by 5% and 7%, respectively.
