Aeroflot has increased the cost of ticket exchange and refund

OREANDA-NEWS Aeroflot has increased the cost of exchanging and refunding tickets sold on April 28 for domestic and international flights by 25% and 20%, to 3,500 rubles and 55 euros, respectively, according to the airline's website.
"For transportation across the Russian Federation (per transaction): 2,800 rubles, for tickets sold from 04/28/25 - 3,500 rubles. For international transportation (per transaction): 46 EUR, for tickets sold from 04/28/2025 - 55 EUR. The fee does not apply to free tickets for children under two years old without providing a separate seat," the website says.
In case of cancellation of transportation less than 40 minutes before the departure time of the flight indicated in the issued ticket, changes to the issued transportation, as well as a refund of the unused part of the transportation, are not allowed.
Aeroflot is the largest Russian air carrier, the group includes Aeroflot, Rossiya Airlines and Pobeda low-cost airline. In 2024, the group's airlines increased passenger transportation by 16.8% to 55.3 million people.
