OREANDA-NEWS  The demand of Russian airlines for Superjet aircraft by 2030 will amount to about 60 airliners, said Dmitry Yadrov, head of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"As for the Superjet aircraft itself, the need by 2030 is about 60 aircraft - our domestic airlines," Yadrov said in an interview with Vesti News Agency at the SPIEF.

The SJ-100 is a short-range, narrow-body aircraft that is being built under the import substitution program for systems and components. The airliner will become another model in the family of currently operating Superjet aircraft.
