OREANDA-NEWS  The shareholders of Sovcombank will consider the issue of Vitabank's merger at an extraordinary meeting in February, according to the materials for their meeting.

"The wording of the decision on this issue: 1. Reorganize the public joint-stock company Sovcombank in the form of joining the joint-stock company Vitabank. 2. To approve the agreement on the merger of Vitabank Joint Stock Company into Sovcombank Public Joint Stock Company," the message says.

This issue is to be considered on February 13, while the general meeting of shareholders will be held in absentia.
