OREANDA-NEWS   The Russian Federation has not received a draft plan for resolving the situation in Ukraine through official channels, but it is ready to discuss the specific wording of the document, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

"We have it, but through unofficial channels. It has not been officially transmitted to us, but as the President said, we are ready to discuss the specific wording. There are a number of issues that need to be clarified. So far, we have not received the version that the media is speculating about from our American colleagues," Lavrov told reporters.
