The building with a height of almost 400 meters will be located at Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, land plot 16/1. The total area of the complex, which occupies 0.3 hectares, will be 202.6 thousand squares, of which 128 thousand will be offices. "The skyscraper will become the new headquarters of a large Russian marketplace, where up to 17,000 people can work," the press release says. Three elevator zones will be provided in the skyscraper for comfortable movement of employees, including 84 cabins with a lifting capacity of up to 1.8 tons. The territory adjacent to the complex will be landscaped and landscaped.
