OREANDA-NEWS  Attempts by Western countries to create a tribunal for Ukraine will not be legitimate and will be discussed by Russia. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, his words are quoted by TASS.

"As for attempts to establish some tribunals, they will have no legitimacy, will not be accepted by us and will be condemned by us," the Kremlin spokesman said.

Earlier, the French Foreign Ministry announced the beginning of the creation of a special tribunal regarding Russia's actions on the territory of Ukraine. European and Ukrainian partners are involved in the work, the ministry noted.

On November 30, the European Commission, headed by Ursula von der Leyen, took the initiative to create a special international court for Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations (UN).
