OREANDA-NEWS  People who were relaxing on the beach took some pictures of the fish. Then, the workers of the  Coastal Aquarium became interested in this find. They will take the fish and freeze it before the start of the school year so that it can be used for educational purposes later.

The fish has a unique body shape which is why it is often called a "sun" or "moon" fish. It has an oval body, flat on the sides. Their length can be from 1.1 meters to 2 meters. Body weight can be as much as 30 kilograms, and reach 270 kilograms.

Glancefishes live in the open ocean and tropical waters at depths ranging from 50 to 200 meters. They are fed by krill and squid.
