OREANDA-NEWS It is planned to create a "digital double" for monitoring and controlling the northern import using the mechanism of the Far Eastern and Arctic concessions, the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation told TASS.

Northern delivery is the delivery of food, medicines, fuel and other necessary goods to remote villages and entire regions that remain cut off from other subjects for a long period. The digital data collection system for it was developed by Vostok Gosplan together with the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. "It is planned to use the mechanism of the Far Eastern and Arctic concessions to create a digital monitoring and control system for northern import. The digital platform will include planned and actual data on cargo, infrastructure, routes and the cost of northern delivery at each stage," the message reads.
