May 7, 2007.  Open Joint-Stock Company “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines”, owning 1 653 100 (one million six hundred fifty-three thousand and one hundred) stocks (0,165% of the authorized capital) of the open joint-stock company “PROMISHLENNIY KOMMERCHESKIY AVTOVAZBANK” (Togliatti) invites all persons interested in acquisition of the above mentioned stocks to make offers till May 15, 2007 for acquisition of the mentioned stocks from JSC “Aeroflot”.

The offer for acquisition of stocks from JSC "Aeroflot" should be documented by irrevocable offers with acceptance maturity till May 30, 2007, contain subject of the deal, price, order and term of settlements, other terms at the discretion of the buyer. JSC "Aeroflot" reserves an exclusive right to accept any offer of the interested person or not to accept it. Preference will be given to the offer with the highest selling price or other favorable for JSC "Aeroflot" conditions of stocks assignment and all other conditions being equal – to the earlier received offer. This invitation can not in any case be considered as a public offer of JSC "Aeroflot" of sale of stocks as well as any commitment to sell the mentioned stocks in the future. Therefore JSC "Aeroflot" is not liable for refusal to sell the mentioned stocks.
