Severstal’s Board of Directors Held on 18 May 2007 Decided to Hold an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting in Form of Absent Voting

OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2007. The Board has also approved the date of June 29, 2007 as a date of compilation the voting papers (and the date of extraordinary general shareholders meeting), reported the press-centre of  Severstal.
The shareholders` register is set to be closed on 18 May, 2007, according to the Board`s decision.
