Ust-Luga Gets New Shareholder
OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2007. As the press-service of Ust-Luga Company confirmed SeaNews, the company has a new shareholder – Natsionalny Capital, which obtained 16.48% of the company's common shares.
Natsionalny Capital is a subsidiary of TransFin-M, which owns, according to the second quarter 2007 report, 80.1% or 801 000 shares of the company.
The only shareholder of TransFin-M is a non-state pensionary fund Blagosostayanie, whose owners are the Central committee of the Russian labour union of railroad workers and transport builders, TransCreditBank, the Industry and financial group Rosvagonmash and the non-commercial partnership Non-state organization for assisting the fund market development. The chairman of the board of directors is the president of RZD Vladimir Yakunin.
TransFin-M refused to comment on the deal.
